Merry Christmas from MorningStar/CMM Missions

We are ever thankful for our faithful missionaries, our precious donors, our  staff, numerous volunteers, interns, MSU students, many intercessors, prayer partners, board members, and fellow believers who partner with CMM and MorningStar to spread the Gospel to the ends of the earth. We all wish you a Merry Christmas, and may 2011 be another year where you draw closer to the Lord than ever before.

This year saw countless salvations, healings, deliverances, rededications, new churches, schools, and many new travelers from many churches and backgrounds come together in unity while giving passionately and sacrificially to see one more soul enter the Kingdom of Heaven in many nations around the world.
We now have more volunteers and interns working in missions to help equip,  strengthen, pray and prophesy, both by Internet and in person here at Heritage International Ministries, where the MorningStar/CMM headquarters are located.

This year we welcomed many new awesome missionaries, revivalists, and mobilizers on fire for the Lord to see “His kingdom come, on earth, as it is in Heaven.” Matthew 6:10.  We invite you to stop in for a visit to the campus when you are near Charlotte.  The excitement and anticipation of many visitors from all over the world coupled with the many conferences hosted by MorningStar, under Rick Joyner’s leadership, make this campus one of the most exciting locations in the whole world, waiting for what the Lord will do next. All the staff, volunteers and students of MSU are ready to welcome you when you come.

With God’s heart for unity and the urgency of the end times, we thank God for the rich legacy of CMM: from the great vision of Sidney Correll, touching lives in almost 100 nations to descendants of Nate Saint, Derek Prince, and many more surrendered lives now partnering with MorningStar Ministries, bringing God’s global family of passionate believers and followers of Jesus together to win the lost and help the hurting and hungry experience the fullness of God’s love.

We are banding together with many folks in many nations as part of the growing family of God in all the earth to help fight systemic poverty and reach into every sector of society with the love of God.  We are standing strong in the Kingdom

that can not be shaken. Though more and more nations are experiencing a shaking like never before, it is time for God’s global army to stand together in unity and be focused on the Father’s heart and His business at hand, keeping Jesus as our main focus, not the enemy, the news, the economy or the governments of man.

The big news this year is we have been able to help Haiti Missions member Pastor Astrel Vincent with hundreds of volunteers and millions in resources since the earthquake almost one year ago.

Even this month in Haiti we are daily providing 100,000 gallons of safe, filtered water, as well as water hygiene training and and 25,000 doses of cholera medicine.

While many may be struggling with finances–—especially our missionaries living by faith–—we also see waves of God’s glory increasing during the trials. “As sin abounds, grace does abound more.” (Romans 5:20.)
We are pleased to announce our recent annual filing for CMM states that 94% of all giving in the last year has gone directly to the mission field. We are thankful to all our generous donors and prayer partners. We can not do any of this without your help, in prayer and your sacrificial giving. You will share the same blessings as if you had gone to these far away difficult places to share the love of God. We are a holy team hungry for the Lord to touch millions of lives each year.

Will you pray and consider about giving a year-end special one-time gift of any amount to help us advance the Kingdom in reaching unreached people groups?

Please let us know if you would like one of our itinerant speakers or prophetic and dream interpretation teams to visit your church in person, by Skype call (704-225-3927) or by email. officecmm@gmail.com

The Global Advance in Missions
by Jorge Parrott

The march of the Lord’s Body of believers and disciples advances daily around the world. At times many of our missionaries report how they don’t know how they will go on and most do not have a choice.  Their faith sustains them on a daily basis and the vision of Psalm 2:8 burns brighter and brighter.  We are their intercessors, encouragers, and investors. You share in the same reward.

1 Sam 30:24-25 For who will heed you in this matter? But as his part is who goes down to the battle, so shall his part be who stays by the supplies; they shall share alike." NKJV

Pastor Astrel Vincent continues to help thousands each day in Haiti with food, medical care, orphan care, while continuing to make repairs to the damage from the earthquake. A crusade team from MorningStar and Fresh Fire Ministries is planned early in 2011.

In Pakistan three of our pastors are involved in helping flood victims, many who are homeless and have lost everything. In India some of our pastors face ongoing persecution from unfriendly Hindus who feel threatened with their Christian presence in their towns.

New churches are being planted in India, the Philippines, Brazil, Guatemala, the Dominican Republic, and elsewhere. New schools have been started in Korea with MSU Korea. Efforts are underway in Colombia, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, Ghana, and Guatemala to begin with MSU Schools of Theology. We have so much to be thankful for through our MS/CMM Missionaries in many nations.

Prayers are needed to sharpen the focus and to make every one of our trips as effective as possible and maximizing the talents of MSU Students and Interns, MFM/CMM Members in the US, and in linkage with our missionaries overseas and the global MorningStar Prophetic Community.

Twelve of our missionaries were able to come to the big annual Harvest Fest and we had two and half tents, including the half tent where local Hispanic pastors and ministries were offered space to enlarge their tent pegs.  All of our missionaries mentioned how impressed they were with  the expression of love and prophetic impartation here.

Rick Joyner, founder and leader of MorningStar Ministries invites area pastors, English and Spanish speaking to a monthly luncheon for fellowship and encouragement and this event attracts new leaders monthly. After the luncheon, from 1:30-3:00 pm prophetic training and equipping is offered to Hispanic pastors from the Carolinas. Some travel up to 4 hours from places like Wilmington, NC ,and Myrtle Beach, SC, and Columbia, SC to join in the fellowship and support and equipping.

We are planning a new outreach soon in live interactive prophetic training in Guatemala and the Dominican Republic.  These are planned for mid-November. Prophetic leaders and teams and MSU students will participate from the US side with our missionaries hosting in their respective countries.  We are excited about the use of technology in advancing the Kingdom of God in the nations. Our goal is to strengthen our missionaries and equip them for greater effectiveness and strategies from the Lord in the days ahead.

We are working on planning our mission schedule for 2011 in the weeks ahead and will post these on our missions website at http://eaglemissions.org so our friends can make plans to go on a “God adventure” stepping out in faith, out of our comfort zones, to make ourselves available for the Lord to knit our hearts together across the seas.  We invite you to contact our office if the Lord has put a certain nation on your heart or the months that are best for you to travel. Experienced team leaders are wanted to lead teams. Email the Missions Department at missions@morningstarministries.org for an application.

Visit the missions website and click on the Missionaries tab and then the Global Reach button to read about most of our missionary leaders around the world.  Pray and ask the Lord to connect you with one or more of these precious nation changers.

We are gathering interested partners in helping stop human trafficking, helping with orphan sponsorship, and ministering to Muslims.  Contact the office to find out more or to start a local outreach in your area in one of these important fields.

Your prayers and generous support are making a real difference in the global advancement of the love of God and the fulfillment of the Great Commission.
Matt 28:19-20 Go therefore* and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,  NKJV

MorningStarMissions

Hi Prayer warriors,
I just spoke with Pastor Vincent in Haiti. They do not have any cholera in his people but he is getting reports of diarrhea and cholera symptoms in PAP and near his house. He has a pastors meeting today and a meeting with his doctor friend this pm about types of medicine to prevent cholera.

He wants to buy meds to protect his people and needs money. I think we have about a thousand to send him. We have a friend from NY already scheduled to goon Nov 4 and can carry meds if we get some donated.

Vincent is going to Port ST Marc to help his pastors there later tonight and tomorrow. He will let me know type of med Dr recommends later today and cost estimate for the few thousand he helps. He wants me to come and see progress and oversee school work. I asked him to send photos for me to show progress. We have an intern organizing orphan support idea.

Every Christmas we help him feed 3,000-5,000 children and give a new toy. We have intern working on that.
