MorningStarMissions Wishes You Happy Easter

Dear Friend and Warrior for the Lord, On behalf of my wife, Anna Marie and I, Rick Joyner, our families, all our staff, our intercessors, many volunteers and donors we want to express our warm love and appreciation for you and yours as we celebrate Easter and the resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Galatians 2:20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. Surely, God's mercy is all around us and we pray that you are blessed and walking in the fullness of joy that Christ gives us freely. Anna and I will celebrate our 34th wedding anniversary next week and truly cherish our friendship with you and we miss you and we pray we will be able to see you soon, in God's timing. Our youngest son, Jonathan and his wife, Jennifer, are expecting a baby in October. This will be our first grandchild!! We are so excited about this. We are ever thankful for how the Lord is blessing us with more volunteers and we are actively taking students from MorningStar University and the Comenius School of Creative Leadership, our K-12 school, church members, Prophetic Teams, and Kingdom Business friends to the nations of the earth for the glory of God. We still continue to work with churches and long term CMM friends located in many states. Psalm 110:3 speaks of the volunteer army of the Lord rising up in the 'day of Your power'. As darkness is covering the earth our light shines brighter and brighter radiating the glory of God. I believe the Body of Christ is entering into its finest hour. Souls are precious and we are blessed to remember moment by moment our first love, Jesus. CMM and MorningStar partner together to equip, strengthen, and prepare you and many pastors and leaders serving on the front lines of the vineyard of the Lord in many nations. We are family. When you hurt, we hurt. When you rejoice, we rejoice. We are with you and committed to you and your family, your church, your school, your orphanage, etc. We take seriously the charge the Lord gives us to "strengthen the local church on a global scale". We appreciate you and love you very much. Each one of you are very dear to our hearts day and night. Let us know how to pray for you. Some of our other office staff are: Kathy McMillan is a former missionary and has served us for years too in accounting, donor communications, and missionary funds and deposits. Sandra Quesada, (from Costa Rica) who helps with Hispanic pastors and new missionary requests serves as one of my personal assistants and is a professor in our College of Theology(cmmtheology.org and msuthelogy.org . Sharon Stensman, from Denmark, is our hospitality coordinator and MFM(MorningStar Fellowship of Ministers liaison), (we are endeavoring to integrate more of our missionaries into MFM, which is an awesome fellowship of US and International ministers. You will be receiving info on this soon). Maria Durisinova, from Slovakia, is our all around office assistant and also serves to care for visiting missionaries. Luke Stasi is a graduate of MSU, a church planter, and now overseeing our ZAOwater.com ministry of providing springs, wells, and water hygiene training. Luke and his wife, Brittany, volunteer as well. We have many others working full time in our Missions office and most are freely volunteering their time to serve you. We invite you to come and visit when you can. All our missionaries live by faith and while they all have to pay their own way here, we are happy to give you lodging when you come at our hotel, part of MorningStar Fellowship Church and Heritage International Ministries. (Heritage Conference Center ). Please come to fellowship, rest, learn and receive many prayers and prophetic words of life, faith, encouragement, and hope according to 1 Cor. 14:3. The glory of the Lord will shine brighter and brighter on us in the days ahead. Many leaders are saying the global body of Christ is entering its finest hour. While many people in the West are facing the most challenging times of their lives, I want to update you that many brothers and sisters in the Lord are serving with MorningStar Missions who are facing death, imprisonment, and the loss of homes and churches, some even becoming refugees. Read More > Download entire  E-journal Forward to a Friend PRAY Pray for the persecuted church. America, it is time to wake up and see how the core foundation of our nation is being threatened. Too many Islamists count women as being worth less than goats. Where are the women in leadership in Washington, D.C. and across America? As Rick Joyner has shared, the women may well be the ones to stop the threat of Islam to America and the implementation of Sharia law. We pray that truth and righteousness will prevail in our land. Pray that our light will shine bright and many Muslims will come to Jesus. In Rick Joyner’s book, Fifty Days to a Soaring Vision, we read, “Paul said: “Overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us enough to die for us” (Romans 8:37 LB). Read More > Covert Missions We have many missionaries who are covert, serving in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, some of whom have been followed and watched during their weekly ministry activity. We will not reveal their identities. • One friend serving in Kenya knows of a friend who was helping rescue women in Somalia and was beheaded last July. • A dear friend serving in Israel was kidnapped near the Sea of Galilee, and while the car traveled at high speed, she jumped out of it and was not seriously injured.   India & Pakistan • A pastor in India was evangelizing in the Gujarat state and was threatened with death and stoned, losing his eye. His overseer told him he would not have to go back to that town. The faith-filled pastor said he must go back, even if they killed him. Upon his return, the gang of thugs reminded him of their threats and the brave pastor said even if they killed him, he had to tell them about Jesus’ love. About ninety men gave their lives to Jesus and some are now pastors. Read More >   Nigeria • A friend in Nigeria with a real apostolic ministry had her ministry headquarters and business bulldozed by radical Muslims and called me to say all she had left was her cell phone. One of our sources we know and trust reports that Nigerian Muslims have declared jihad against Christians in that nation. News reports come in almost every Sunday of burned Christians and burned churches. • Only two weeks ago, a new church plant in eastern Andhra Pradesh, India was burned by anti-Christian forces. Merry Christmas from MorningStar/CMM Missions

We are ever thankful for our faithful missionaries, our precious donors, our  staff, numerous volunteers, interns, MSU students, many intercessors, prayer partners, board members, and fellow believers who partner with CMM and MorningStar to spread the Gospel to the ends of the earth. We all wish you a Merry Christmas, and may 2012 be another year where you draw closer to the Lord than ever before. This year saw countless salvations, healings, deliverances, rededications, new churches, schools, and many new travelers from many churches and backgrounds come together in unity while giving passionately and sacrificially to see one more soul enter the Kingdom of Heaven in many nations around the world. We now have more volunteers and interns working in missions to help equip,  strengthen, pray and prophesy, both by Internet and in person here at Heritage International Ministries, where the MorningStar/CMM headquarters are located. This year we welcomed many new awesome missionaries, revivalists, and mobilizers on fire for the Lord to see “His kingdom come, on earth, as it is in Heaven.” Matthew 6:10.  We invite you to stop in for a visit to the campus when you are near Charlotte.  The excitement and anticipation of many visitors from all over the world coupled with the many conferences hosted by MorningStar, under Rick Joyner’s leadership, make this campus one of the most exciting locations in the whole world, waiting for what the Lord will do next. All the staff, volunteers and students of MSU are ready to welcome you when you come. With God’s heart for unity and the urgency of the end times, we thank God for the rich legacy of CMM: from the great vision of Sidney Correll, touching lives in almost 100 nations to descendants of Nate Saint, Derek Prince, and many more surrendered lives now partnering with MorningStar Ministries, bringing God’s global family of passionate believers and followers of Jesus together to win the lost and help the hurting and hungry experience the fullness of God’s love. We are banding together with many folks in many nations as part of the growing family of God in all the earth to help fight systemic poverty and reach into every sector of society with the love of God.  We are standing strong in the Kingdom     that can not be shaken. Though more and more nations are experiencing a shaking like never before, it is time for God’s global army to stand together in unity and be focused on the Father’s heart and His business at hand, keeping Jesus as our main focus, not the enemy, the news, the economy or the governments of man.   The big news this year is we have been able to help Haiti Missions member Pastor Astrel Vincent with hundreds of volunteers and millions in resources since the earthquake almost one year ago. Even this month in Haiti we are daily providing 100,000 gallons of safe, filtered water, as well as water hygiene training and and 25,000 doses of cholera medicine. While many may be struggling with finances–—especially our missionaries living by faith–—we also see waves of God’s glory increasing during the trials. “As sin abounds, grace does abound more.” (Romans 5:20.) We are pleased to announce our recent annual filing for CMM states that 94% of all giving in the last year has gone directly to the mission field. We are thankful to all our generous donors and prayer partners. We can not do any of this without your help, in prayer and your sacrificial giving. You will share the same blessings as if you had gone to these far away difficult places to share the love of God. We are a holy team hungry for the Lord to touch millions of lives each year.
